Annual Bareroot Weekend will be March 29-30
This is the weekend we sell our fruit trees and fruit plants in the bareroot stage. It’s a great time for you to save money on high quality products. Our stock comes from Bailey Nurseries in Minnesota. Customers can pre-order fruit in July each summer and then we place our order allowing for extra. Customer can then continue to reserve from our upcoming order as long as inventory lasts. Check the updated Inventory List below and then call 359-2600 or email beth@barnesgreenhouses.com for more information or to reserve trees.

We offer the convenience of custom designed and planted containers, but they require pre-ordering to ensure our staff has ample time to complete them.
Workshops and Classes
Early Spring Planter Workshop
- Thursday, March 21 5:30 p.m.
- Saturday, March 23, 10:00 a.m.
Celebrate spring with a porch planter, that’s perfect for unpredictable Missouri March weather! We’ll provide you with 3.5″-4.5″ early spring annuals, pussy willow stems and even a stone rabbit to add a surprise element for fun!
The class fee is $50 and includes all your supplies. Allow about an hour to complete the project.
Space is limited and pre-registration is required for the class, so contact us as soon as you can! Please call 359-2600 or email beth@barnesgreenhouses.com to save your spot. Prepayment of class fees will be taken by check or card when you pre-register.
